This website was created as a college assignment with the aim of revolutionizing the healthcare system from traditional to modern. The healthcare appointment system features appointment booking for users, patient medical record management by doctors, and data management by administrators. This website was built using the Laravel framework with an SQL database and payment gateway integration.
